Back when I was finding my place in the world of cakes.
I wasn’t sure in which direction I was headed, and gave novelty cakes a go.
But I now know they aren’t my niche’, so I only do them for my family these days, because if they don’t turn out great, then it’s fine.
I tried.
Hence, these days I prefer creating cakes that are either pretty, classy or elegant 😊
